Move faster without adding headcount
Senior product marketing support for B2B SaaS teams with aggressive growth goals.
Hi, I’m Ben
I’m a senior product markerer with 15 years of experience working with growth stage and enterprise B2B SaaS companies.
Over the past six years, I’ve helped more than 60 companies tell better stories and equip their teams with the tools they need to scale. Sometimes that means bringing clarity to messaging. Other times it means owning the GTM function end-to-end when internal teams are stretched thin or missing senior support.
I plug in where I’m needed most, building the strategy, creating the assets, and keeping things moving so you can scale faster and hit your growth targets.
How we work together
Focused projects when you need output fast. Embedded support when you need ongoing coverage.
Per-project
This is a pre-scoped project organized into a focused sprint. We agree up front on what needs to be delivered, the timeline, and what “done” looks like.
This works well when you need a batch of assets created quickly. A common example is after a positioning refresh, when your materials are out of date and sales decks, datasheets, website copy, and enablement all need to be brought back into alignment.
We scope the project together then I organize the deliverables into a series of two-week sprints. You get finished assets you can use right away, without having to manage the day-to-day details.
Cost: Dependent on project scope
Mentoring
This is a form of embedded support, but with a focus on developing your PMM team.
It’s a good fit when you have junior or mid-level product marketers who don’t have a direct manager or senior PMM to learn from. In this engagement, I act as an execution partner and a sounding board and we work together on real projects while also building better PMM habits and processes along the way.
The goal is to help your team level up how they think about positioning, launches, and enablement and improve the quality of their output over time.
Cost: $6,000-$12,000/month
Embedded support
This is ongoing support on a retainer basis. I operate as an extension of your team and work like a full-time PMM, just without the long-term commitment.
Retainers are usually a bucket of 10–30 hours per week and can scale up or down as your needs change. There’s no minimum contract, although at least three months is recommended.
This option works best when you need coverage for an open role, support during a busy stretch, or simply an extra set of hands to move faster. I can own the GTM function end-to-end including strategy, research, product and feature launches, internal trainings, and execution.
Cost: $6,000-$12,000/month
Messaging & positioning workshop
This is a focused three-week sprint to help you get clear on how you should be talking about your product.
We review how you show up today. Your website, sales deck, demo, and how the team explains the product. From there, I lay out a small set of realistic positioning options and talk through the tradeoffs of each. Once you choose a direction, I turn create a short internal deck that gets everyone aligned, and a rewritten homepage that puts the story into language customers actually understand.
This is a good fit when you have product-market fit but the story hasn’t kept up as the company has grown. By the end of the sprint, you have a clear narrative and materials that line up.
Cost: $12,000 one-time project
